Serving as Vice President of Brand & Communications, I drove comprehensive brand modernization and digital strategy for a major multinational financial institution. A defining achievement was directing the digital execution of the highly complex 2023 Name Change campaign, orchestrating a flawless rollout across all online and point-of-sale channels in tight coordination with the Singapore headquarters. Beyond large-scale transformations, I architected integrated, omnichannel campaigns bridging Western and Asian digital ecosystems—including Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, and Xiaohongshu—and successfully launched the bank’s corporate Instagram with innovative visual content to capture new demographics. Crucially, I balanced this creative digital growth with a rigorous risk-mitigation framework, establishing proactive crisis management strategies and sentiment monitoring to consistently safeguard the corporate brand.
